ATTENDANCE AND COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
While a minimum attendance of 75% of the training duration is required, all participants are strongly encouraged to attend 100% of the programme to fully benefit from the programme and be well prepared for the assessment.
To qualify for SkillsFuture SG’s training grant and be awarded a Statement of Attainment for this course, each participant must pass the summative assessment at the end of the course.

GRADUATES WHO ARE QUALIFIED AS A SOURDOUGH ARTISAN TRAINED TO:
1. Examine the principles of baking sourdough and artisan breads.
2. Prepare the required equipment for making the dough and baking the bread.
3. Prepare fillings and toppings to add flavour and decoration to the bread.
